Accepted credit cards are Visa and Mastercard
Payment: 14 days net
Please use the invoice's FIK information. If this is not possible, please provide both the customer number and the invoice number. When paying multiple invoices, please provide all numbers.
Delivery details
All orders are delivered with GLS or other parcel distributors. We process all orders as soon as possible and in the order they are received.
We strive to ship all orders within 1-3 working days.
Once the order has been delivered and signed for receipt by the customer, OS is no longer responsible for the shipment/item.
Freight
For purchases for more than DKK 3,500.00 ex VAT, the shipping is free of charge. This does not apply to shipments abroad as well as shipping of gypsum.
Training Courses
Training courses held by OS employees will be invoiced at an hourly rate DKK 1250.00 plus VAT per. hour. All training course registrations are binding and invoiced upon submission. In case of cancellation/illness the payment for the training course will not be refunded.
Returns
The withdrawal period on goods is 14 days. The deadline is calculated from the invoice date, and you will receive a credit note once we have received the goods you wish to return.
If the purchase is cancelled, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Items that are not returned in unbroken packaging are non-refundable. The customer must pay the shipping costs on returned goods. We will only refund the price of the item, not postage and/or shipping.
NB! A copy of the invoice must always be enclosed if you regret your item order, also it must be clearly stated which item/quantity you wish to return.
We kindly ask you to send your returned goods back without any delays and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You will bear the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the goods, and you are responsible of the goods until the time of delivery to Ortodonti Service in Herlev.
NB! All kinds of procuring goods, machines, tapes and promotional goods will not be returned.
